​New Orleans, Louisiana born artist, Dottie utilizes acrylics to achieve her personal goals. She is wherever the painting takes her without ever leaving home. Her work is inspired and shaped by her world travels and exclusive moments from a variety of experiences and glimpse of life. She feels a need to communicate through her art.  Self taught, she let her talent lead her to painting. Her method of painting is based on emotion. Bold strokes of color with no restrictions characterize her paintings. The only time she feels, she doesn’t have to live by rules, is when she is immersed in her art.
